Matt Connell

The President and Managing Partner of Total Military Management is Mr. Matt Connell. Matt brings more than 10 years of successful military carrier development and management to TMM.

Beginning as an Agency Development Representative with Suddath Van Lines, Matt quickly grew his knowledge and understanding of DoD business and was promoted to Suddath’s Manager of Agency Development. Under Matt's leadership, the Suddath Military Network experienced significant growth and was awarded several major DoD contracts, including a Move Manager contract under the Full Service Moving Project. Matt concluded his tenure with Suddath as Director of Business Development and founded Total Military Management.

Matt Connell is intimately involved with the new programs that will reshape future business practices and will eventually change the rules for acquiring and moving DoD shipments. Matt's forward-thinking and proven business practices will guarantee TMM's success no matter which program the DoD chooses.
